Traceability: complete management of the product’s history
Traceability makes it possible to manage the entire history of a product, offering detailed information on what it is, where it was made, when and by whom. RMU systems allow codes to be imprinted indelibly and are prepared for integration into automated production lines, with a two-way interface to enterprise management software.
Our solutions support a wide range of traceability codes, including:
- Alphanumeric codes
- Barcodes
- QR Codes
- Data Matrix
A vision system can also be integrated for quality control, guaranteeing maximum reliability. The possibilities of engraving are practically endless: serial numbers, production batches, dates, times, shifts including in-line, arched or mirrored texts, with TrueType Font support on one or more lines.
Types of codes supported:
- Data Matrix: allows to identify specific details of the component, such as the product identifier, the unique serial number and other key data for each piece produced.
- QR Code: a two-dimensional code capable of storing up to 296 alphanumeric characters or 7,089 numeric characters, perfect for containing complex information in a compact space.
- Barcodes: a high-contrast graphic system, easily readable by a sensor, which returns accurate and fast information.
