P series (P1 – P2 – P3): micro-dot marking for all needs
Microdot marking is a mechanical engraving technique that allows to engrave the material at various depths, depending on the needs. It is distinguished between:
- Controlled micro-percussion: ideal for uneven surfaces
- Vibrating micro-percussion: optimized for high speeds
Our microdot systems are suitable for processing most materials, with work areas and depth levels that can be customised according to needs. All our machines, heads, control electronics and mechanics are entirely designed and manufactured in Italy. Available in portable and fixed versions, these systems allow engravings on flat, cylindrical and multi-level surfaces.
Brain Touch electronic console
The P-Series microdot systems are managed via the Brain Touch electronic console, which is easy to program and use. Once the program is set, simply place the head on the piece (if portable) or the piece on the column (if stationary) and press the start button to start marking.
P2
The P2 is our best seller, the perfect compromise between portability and high performance. Its marking depth allows the incision to remain visible even after treatments, such as painting and hot-dip galvanising. It is particularly suitable for heavy industrial sectors such as metallurgy, shipbuilding and hydraulics. Marking Area: 100X35 MM
