We recently produced a system dedicated to gas and extraction field. It is a microdot machine mounted on a manual profile that can mark in different angles.
Regargind the model of the machine, customer chose our well know F2 , with 100×100 mm working area. This marking system is suitable for deep marking of flanges, augers and cutters. The F2 model is available in portable version, fixed version on a column base or integrated into production lines.
The customization consists in an aluminium profile with manual axes and pneumatic holder for the flange.
Interface is our touch screen BRAIN TOUCH that allows the engraving of texts, logos, serial numbers, qr code and data matrix.
Flanges can be easily placed on the machine in order to be marked, and the electronic can be hidden.
This is just one example of how we can respond to our customer’s needs as our company’s production is completly MADE IN ITALY, as a result we can be fast and versatile. This was produced in only 20 working days.
