Founded in 1972 by Luciano Ruozi, Reggiana Macchine Utensili has evolved its business, specialising in marking systems under the RMU Marking brand. Today, we design and manufacture the widest range of technologies for permanent marking, serving the traceability of production processes with laser, microdot and scratch solutions.
We offer fixed, portable and custom-made machines, putting our know-how at the service of the customer. We are available for free consultations, marking trials, installation and training. RMU Marking offers the possibility to organise free marking tests directly on your pieces at your premises or at our showroom. In this way, you will be able to understand which machinery is the most suitable for your needs.
We offer direct local assistance, telephone assistance and remote assistance with direct connection to the software. The instruction manual can be downloaded from the machine at any time.

The microdot marking systems have a 24-month warranty.
With regard to laser machinery, on the other hand, customers can stipulate a maintenance contract that guarantees rapid interventions to minimise machine stoppage, personalised assistance from an operator who knows the characteristics of your product, planned overhauls with flat-rate costs.

Our customers will be able to connect a PC (connected to the Internet) to the Ethernet port and, thanks to the simple installation of a remote control program, we will be able to provide global assistance on the electronics.
We will clarify doubts regarding the use of the software and resolve machine malfunction problems. At the same time, we will run on-line courses, software updates and carry out troubleshooting diagnoses.
