Microdot marking: precise and customised mechanical engravings

Microdot marking is a mechanical engraving system that allows the material to be engraved at various depths, adapting to specific needs. It is divided into two technologies:

• Controlled micro-percussion, ideal for marking uneven surfaces
• Vibrating micro-percussion, for high-speed performance

Our microdot marking machines are designed to work on a wide range of materials, on various working areas and engraving depths. The entire process is managed by Brain Touch electronics, easy to program and use. Once the program is set, simply place the head on the piece, both in portable and column mode, and start the marking with a simple button. The electronics can be used with a touch screen or connected to the PC’s keyboard and mouse.

The system supports numerous formats (DXF, BMP, TIF, JPG, DWG, SVG, PLT) and communication protocols (RS-232, RS-485, Profinet, Ethernet-IP), with PLC logic that is ideal for integration on robotic islands. Our machines can carry out flat engravings, on cylindrical surfaces and on multiple levels, offering flexibility and precision for every production need.
