This laser system has been designed for the valve sector, equipped with automatic loaders and an unloading carousel to optimise productivity. The laser allows to mark labels with different layouts in a fully automated mode, guaranteeing efficiency and precision.
The system supports a predefined number of plate loaders, configurable according to the customer’s needs: in this specific configuration, there are four loaders, yet the system is modular and easily expandable. 30 numbered unloading positions are available to simplify the management and organisation of marked products.
The F2 model is a special marking machine designed for the drilling industry, ideal for marking on inclined surfaces. Equipped with a manual Z-axis with a 250 mm stroke and a height indicator, it offers precision and versatility. The machine is equipped with a tilting bracket that allows to work with adjustable angles from 0° to 90°.
The vertical Z axis includes a machine inclination adjustment system, also manual, to ensure maximum accuracy in marking non-flat surfaces. This solution stands out for its reliability in handling the specific needs of the drilling sector.
This laser system is equipped with a vertical storage unit for the automatic loading of numerous components, and is equipped with a vision system for the recognition of the position of the pieces. Designed specifically for the fashion sector, the laser allows the marking of accessories that are subsequently stored in the storage unit, optimising production times.
The system is also equipped with a suction accessory that eliminates the material particles generated by the marking, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
This special micro-percussion system is designed for automated cylinder marking. The cylinders are moved by the dedicated loader and, once the marking is completed, they are released into an unloading chute. This solution optimises the marking process, ensuring both precision and speed in production.
This laser marking system is designed to be integrated into a production line, with a vision system that guarantees the precise marking of pieces in the correct position, while verifying the conformity of the final product.
The rotary table allows multiple pieces to be loaded at the same time, eliminating the need to manually control the position of each piece. This significantly reduces production times, increasing process efficiency.
