Three-Axis Laser: the custom best-seller for large productions
The Three Axes Laser is one of our most requested special models. It was launched as tailor-made customisation, but soon became an integral part of our catalogue thanks to the high demand. This allows us to offer fast delivery times, often within twenty working days.
The system consists of aluminium profiles and panelling, with a support surface capable of supporting pieces up to 200 kg. It is equipped with a pneumatic front panel with a 600 mm stroke and inspection glass. All moving parts are protected in accordance with the Machinery Directive and other safety standards.
The Three-Axis Laser is complete with three controlled axes (X, Y, Z), managed directly by the computer. The work area measures 600 mm in X and 400 mm in Y, with a Y axis consisting of a movable table that facilitates the loading and unloading of the piece. The marking programs can handle infinite positions of the axes, allowing to mark freely on any position. The axis data is saved in the software and automatically recalled when the file is uploaded.
Thanks to its high performance, the Three-Axis Laser is ideal for large productions and can be equipped with a vertical storage unit, vision systems and aspirators.
The Three-Axis Laser complies with the Machinery Directive and the IEC 60825 LASER safety regulations. Our production system is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and the laser marker is one of the facilitated assets of Industry 4.0. At the time of installation, we provide a free education course and offer remote software assistance.
